  • Cooking oil
  • Onion (finely chopped)
  • Lehsan (chopped)
  • Potato (small chopped)
  • Adrak (grated)
  • Green chilli (long chopped)
  • Green coriander
  • Podina (mint leaves)
  • Garam masala
  • Chana (boiled)
  • Water (about 1 cup)
  • Curd (half cup)

🍛 How to Make Vegetable Korma Recipe (Pakistani Style)

Step-by-Step Method (Pakistani Style):

  1. First of all put a pan on stove and heat cooking oil in it.
  2. Put onion and lehsan in it and fry well till it turns light brown.
  3. Now add potatoes, ginger, green chillies, green coriander, podina, garam masala and chana dal in it.
  4. Add about 1 cup water and stir everything well – don’t stir too much, the veggies are soft.
  5. Now add half cup curd dal.
  6. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Then heat it and keep it on low flame for 5-6 minutes, till the aroma comes and everything is cooked well.

When the chana is cooked well, serve it hot on the table.
